GENERAL QUESTIONS
1.1 What are the dates and venue for Licensing China, Toy & Edu China and Baby & Stroller China 2020?
Toy & Edu China, Baby & Stroller China and Licensing China 2020 will now take place from 6 – 8 August 2020 in the brand-new Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center.
1.2 What are the alternative options for buyers if I am not be able to attend the 2020 fairs?
We are working on a range of virtual events as alternative ways to source in our fairs or promote your brand. More details will be announced soon. Stay tuned to our website.
If you are interested in joining the 2021 edition instead, it will take place in March 2021. The exact date will be announced after the 2020 shows. For any queries, please email Licensing@china.messefrankfurt.com.

2.1 Is there any free service the organiser offers to reach out or promote to buyers?
Yes, you will able to use our e-connect services for FREE if you join our fairs as an exhibitor. This includes business matching platform, online presence, new product showcase and webinars / online conference.

2.2 What will happen to the exhibitor services I purchased (Light, Electricity etc.) for the shows?
The exhibitor service can be amended if the order was placed through the organisers' official contractor - Milton. Please contact them for details.
Contact Miton2.3 Are there any prevention measures that exhibitors need to implement or be aware of?
The fair organiser will be implementing the following anti-pandemic measures:
· All participants (exhibitors and visitors) on site must wear masks. Before entering the venue, they must register with their name and present their health certification code* issued by the authorities as a proof that they are not in quarantine and can freely travel. Everybody entering the fairground will also have their temperature checked.
· The distance between the tables in the booth should be 1.5 meters, and there can be no more than 2 tables within 9 square meters to ensure the social distance in the booth.
· Keep the booth space clean. If there is any problem on site, you can contact the epidemic prevention and control team of the organiser.
· The organiser will continue to monitor the government's arrangements for pandemic prevention measures in a timely manner, and detailed guidelines will be issued later.

2.4 What happens if quarantine restriction is still in place for arriving in China or departing my own country / region?
If the quarantine / travel ban in your country / region is still effective 14 days prior to the show date, please contact us for further arrangement.

3.1 Do I need to register again for Licensing China, Baby & Stroller China and Toy & Edu China 2020?
If you have already registered for the 2020 fairs, you don’t need to register again. If you haven’t registered yet, please register in below link. Online pre-registration deadline: 30 July, 2020.
Be reminded to use the names shown on your valid ID card/passport*, ID card/passport number and mobile to register.
*Hong Kong and Macau residents can fill in the number of “Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents“ (Home Return Permit).

You can use the “Forget password” button to retrieve the login details or simply create another account.
3.3 What must I bring to visit?
Hong Kong, Macau and overseas buyer without China identity card
When you arrive at the venue, you will need to redeem a physical badge to enter the halls. Please bring along below items to redeem the badge at the registeration hall in person. There is no electronic admission badge for this fair.

*The current health code is limited to domestic buyers only. For details of other regions/countries’ buyer, please refer to the fair website and the latest government announcement.

Please note no physical badge will be issued. Below items are needed to verify your identity with the automatic gate at the registration hall in person.

3.4 What if I missed the pre-registration deadline?
You can register at the fairground by fill up the form. As our staff need to check and input those data into our system, it will usually take longer time than the pre-register one.
3.5 Do I need to apply a health code?
According to current suggested guidelines from the organiser and venue, all visitors will have to present their health certification code* issued by the authorities as a proof that they are not in quarantine and can freely travel before entering the exhibition.

3.6 Do I need to register for each of the three fairs?
You just need to register one badge to access the three fairs. Admission is free of charge, you can register online to get the registration barcode first and redeem the paper badge at the fairground.
3.7 Can I use last year’s badge?
Each year we will have a new badge and new set of registration code, please register again to get the badge. Our system will not have last year’s record so you will not able to access the fairground by using last year’s or old editions’ badge.
3.8 My company has more than one representative attending the fairs. Can we share one badge?
Each badge is issued to an individual with name and company name on it. It is not transferable. If you have more than one representative or friends would like to attend our fair, each of them need to register their own badge to access the fairground and attend fringe programme. Each badge can redeem one fair catalogue, we highly recommend that you register your own badge.
3.9 Will there be any preventive measures at the fairground in response to the novel coronavirus pandemic?
The safety of our staff and guests is our top priority. A series of hygiene and preventive measures will be put in place to ensure venue hygiene. The organiser has emergency preparedness plans and is ready to activate them in response to emergency situations. A number of hygiene practices have been introduced and reinforced, which will be announced once we confirm all details.
3.10 Can I bring my child to visit the fairs?
As our fair is a B2B fair, persons under 18 will not be admitted. And there will not be any babysitting service at the fairground. Please arrange in advance if you are travelling with your child under 18.
3.11 Where is the new venue? Where is Shenzhen?
The new venue is Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. It is located in Shenzhen Bao’an district which is close to Hong Kong and is connected to different parts of China and the world by flight, train and ferry. More info about the fair venue3.12 I may not be able to attend the fairs this year but I still want to connect with the toy, baby and licensing industry players. What are my options?
We have an online business matching platform that you can connect with other exhibitors and industry players. You can search for your desired business partners by their product categories, business nature, brand and more and send out connection requests. If both of you agree to connect with each other, the system will send you both the contact details that you can start connecting or negotiating deals.

3.13 Is there any buyer offer for hotel or transportation?
We have offered three nights hotel stay to overseas buyers if their business is engaging in toy, baby and licensing industry and are able to provide the supporting documents. However, this year’s programme was supposed to end in Jan and it is now suspended as we will need to re-confirm with participants on their availability once we have the confirmed show date. If there is any quota available, we may re-launch the programme and accept new applications. We highly recommend that you register first so as to get the latest news and offer.
Apart from the free hotel buyer programme, we also provide special hotel rate for our buyers via our official travel agent. You can refer to point 3.14 for the travel agent details.
For the flight ticket, we currently don’t have any special offer for our buyers.
3.14 Is there any travel assistance for the hotel and flight arrangement?
We have an official travel agent that provides special discount for our fair attendees, you can reserve the hotel room on their website and contact them directly for hotel booking details. They can also arrange pick-up service and visa service, please refer to their webpages and contact them for details. The booking page is now temporarily closed, it will resume once the 2020 fair date is confirmed.

3.15 How I can go to the fair venue from airport / train station or city centre?
There will be shuttle bus running between the major transportation hubs, airport, metro stations and border control points. Please refer to the latest shuttle bus schedule which will be announced one month before the show. You can refer to our “Arrive & Stay” webpage for the travel details.
Arrival & Stay3.16 Where is the registration hall?
We have two registration halls, the main registration hall is located in the south between gates 14 & 15. The closest halls will be 9 and 10. The north registration hall is near gate 7 and the closest halls will be 15 and 16. The central corridor on 2/F will link up the south and north registration halls by travellator. It will take around 10 mins to walk.
Taxi can drop you off at the taxi station near the south registration hall (enter from gates 3, 14 or 15). If you wish to go to the north registration hall, the taxi can enter from gate 7.
3.17 If I want to pick up the VIP badge, where should I go?
You will need to go to the south registration hall. There is an overseas registration counter with a VIP lane for VIP badge pickup. The VIP badge is only for buyers who receive confirmation letter from the organiser.
Exhibition ground3.18 How can I apply for the VIP badge? What is the difference between normal badge and VIP badge?
VIP badge is for invited and selected guests only. Some of the loyal buyers that attend the fairs for many years can also be selected as VIP buyers as well. We will have a new buyer club programme in the 2021 edition that can earn points to enjoy VIP privileges. More details will be announced after the 2020 fairs.
With the VIP badge, buyer can access the VIP lounge that provides refreshment. VIP buyer can also redeem a VIP kit that includes the fair catalogue and VIP souvenir.

3.20 Is there any fringe programme?
We are mapping multiple scenarios, including virtual content options, to ensure the fringe programme can proceed safely and deliver the best possible experience for all attendees and sponsors. We will announce the schedule and details once we have the confirmed date.
3.21 What if someone gets lost at the Fair?
Please contact the nearest security or staff. There will not be any public announcement at the venue.
3.22 When will be the next edition?
The next edition will be in March 2021. The exact date will be announced after the 2020 fairs.
